Automatic Pusher Feeding :
The biscuits are fed into three hopper and the automatic pusher feeding arrangement takes the required biscuits pack length (or stack or height )and pushes the biscuits smoothly into main feeding conveyor. After this process, a steel rod carries the biscuits through the adjustable folding box along with the biscuits paper for center seal, by the pair of hot sealing rollers. The end sealing and cutting is done by rotating bot jaw. There may be a nylon lug to guide the two extra long top chain ensure proper shape and gusseting for each packet.

Manual Pusher Feeding :
In this, the biscuits are manually fed into side conveyor & transfered smoothly into main feeding conveyor. After this process, nylon lugs carry biscuits through the adjustable folding box along with biscuits paper for center seal, by the pair of hot sealing rollers. The end sealing and cutting is done by rotating hot jaw.
